The Simple Chef Musings . . .

 

The other day as I took stock of the stuff I'd canned and bottled this fall it suddenly struck me of how I've been channeling my grandma Ruth. 

   
 
 

Now as a middle aged man, my life finally had meaning. I had literally found the place where all the pieces fit. I had found my kitchen.


         
   

I named my Sweet Alex™ line of Jams  & Jellies after my daughter, Alex born in '05

It began in March of '03 at a party for my wife Ainsley. Shortly thereafter, I took to my Harlem balcony to start the protoype process for The Ultimtate Tostonera®.
